Ruchita has over 16 years of experience. She has worked in employee relations, industrial relations, HR operations, and compliance. Before joining YES BANK, she was the Chief Manager for Employee Relations at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance. She has also worked at Mahindra Finance, Bisleri International, Reliance Retail, and NSD Global Trade. In these roles, she focused on workforce management, labour relations, and organisational effectiveness.
This new appointment shows that YES BANK is serious about building a strong HR team. The bank wants to meet changing workplace needs and follow new rules.
