Intel is on a mission to expand and implement AI use cases everywhere. Recently, Intel has partnerships with over 117 companies in India, generally higher than in other countries. Overall, India plans to collaborate with local partners and ecosystem players to ensure it becomes a powerhouse in electronic manufacturing. In terms of emerging AI development, NVIDIA is doing a great job in delivering GPU or Graphics Processing Units to the market, as it is a giant player in the AI space. The expanding workload of CPU technology has opened new market opportunities for Intel’s data centre business in Taiwan. 

India stands out with abundant opportunities driven by rapid digitalisation, robust infrastructure, top engineering talent, and a strong culture of innovation.

Intel is the powerhouse of the semiconductor industry, with CPU chips for both consumer and enterprise work. According to Counterpoint Research, Intel remained the leader in the data centre CPU market with a 71% share. Intel is pulling up its socks and accelerating its market dominance over AI powerhouse to protect the market share with the right value proposition with a powerful AI training process. India has also established an AI computing base with over 10,000 GPUs. 

From collaborating with Tech Mahindra to power large language models to partnering or collaborating with Ola on a multilingual AI model, Intel is laying the groundwork for India to become a global AI powerhouse.
