Microsoft recently announced the promotion of Caroline Foo as Managing Director, Philippines. She has been with the company for more than a decade and has worked in multiple positions, including Director and Enterprise Commercial Lead;
Director Solution Sales, Modern Work – Asia Pacific; Director, Customer & Partner Experience (APAC); and Senior PMM Microsoft 365 Enterprise Lead, APAC AHQ.
Caroline brings more than 25 years of technology leadership to accelerate AI and cloud adoption across the Philippines. She was with Microsoft from 2004 to 2005 as a Sales Manager, Public Sector. Prior to rejoining Microsoft, Caroline was with Dell Technologies as Regional Sales Director (SEA) – Enterprise Content Division, focusing on delivering solutions that address complex information and content management challenges across industries in Southeast Asia, with a focus on the Public Sector and Financial Services sectors.
Earlier in her career, she gained experience in sales sector in which she worked with Samsung Electronics as Senior Manager – Enterprise, driving sales growth for Samsung B2B in the Enterprise Segment especially Defence, Homeland Security & Government and Cisco Systems (USA) Pte Ltd as Sales Manager, Education where her role involved generating business growth through alignment of customer needs with Cisco product portfolio in Borderless Network (switching, routing, security & wireless), Data Center & Collaboration Platform.
Caroline started her career with IBM Singapore Pte Ltd as Client Executive, Public Sector. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree, Major in Marketing from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
