Debashish Ghosh has joined Infinx as India and Philippines HR Head, where he will lead the HR team across both countries and will focus on strengthening the company’s people.
Infinx is a company that helps healthcare providers manage their money and billing. They use smart computers and human experts to make financial tasks much easier and faster.
Debashish brings more than two decades of experience in HR. On his appointment, he said, “I am thrilled to share the next chapter in my professional journey! I have recently joined Infinx as the Sr Vice President and Head of HR for India and the Philippines”
Before joining Infinx, he worked at Access Healthcare as SVP and Head of HR for India and the Philippines. Earlier, he worked at Berkadia as SVP and Head of HR for India. Moreover, he also worked at Genpact as AVP.
Ghosh started his career at Dolphin Hotel, Visakhapatnam, as a Guest Relations Assistant. He later worked as a Management Trainee at GE Capital for more than four years.
His academic background includes the LEAD Advanced Management Program from IIM Calcutta, an Executive Certificate Program in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and an Advanced HR Analytics program from IIM Rohtak. He also holds a BA in Psychology from Osmania University.
In his new role, Ghosh will lead HR operations across India and the Philippines and support Infinx’s growing workforce as the company continues to expand its use of AI and automation.
