Emirates Group has initiated a global recruitment campaign to hire 17,300 professionals across 350 roles, aiming to increase its workforce by 14% this financial year. This expansion supports Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33 and includes over 2,100 open days and talent events in 150 cities worldwide.
Emirates Group is recruiting across cabin crew, pilots, engineers, commercial & sales, customer service, ground handling, catering, IT, HR and finance while dnata alone is hiring over 4,000 staff.”

Emirates Group employs 121,000 people, adding 41,000 since 2022 , nearly 27,000 in operational roles.
