The CEO Who Put Traders First
Khaled Ayesh

FundingPips
Khaled Ayesh’s journey is a lesson in resilience, lived experience, and an unshakeable belief that credibility is the true currency of leadership. From a young trading enthusiast navigating early losses to becoming the CEO, owner, and founder of FundingPips, Khaled has built far more than a company; he has shaped a global ecosystem in an industry where trust is scarce and scepticism runs deep.
Born in Amman, Jordan, and moving to Germany at just 17, Khaled was introduced early to cultural, linguistic, and personal challenges that sharpened his adaptability.
Khaled learned that scale starts from self-mastery, grounding himself in clarity, discipline, and emotional regulation before expecting the same from others. By managing pressure with intention rather than reaction, he turned volatility into focus and setbacks into structured growth. That inner stability became a competitive advantage, shaping a culture where calm thinking, resilience, and long-term progress outperform noise and impulse.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Khaled dedicated his efforts and time to helping his community of traders through online sessions on trading and how to mitigate the challenges during hard episodes of global economic uncertainty. He identified the gap that demanded instant change, putting traders first as he always does, and launched FundingPips. A true opportunity to make a firm built by traders for traders, strengthened by his studies and expertise as a trader and shaped by the pain points that his community shared with him.
Today, leading from Dubai, Khaled has redefined simulated proprietary trading through innovations like weekly trader rewards, zero reward denials, and a steadfast commitment to transparency. Under his leadership, FundingPips serves over two million traders across 195 countries, distributing more than $200 million in rewards, even during Black Swan events. For Khaled, growth is never rushed but earned, built patiently on trust, resilience, and responsibility. How? He shares his secret sauce with TradeFlock in this exclusive interview.
In simulated prop trading and fintech, I’ve learnt that credibility is earned through consistency, not promises. At FundingPips, we focus on being transparent in everything we do—our rules, our rewards structures, and how we communicate with traders. We avoid hype and instead highlight real trader journeys and outcomes.
Education always comes before promotion, because informed traders make better, more confident decisions. Clear processes, visible accountability, and honouring every commitment we make are non-negotiable for me. Over time, this disciplined approach has helped us build and sustain trust with traders, partners, and the broader industry.
When I look at emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and real-time analytics, I start with one simple question: does this genuinely improve outcomes for our users and our teams? At FundingPips, technology is not about replacing people but about reducing noise, increasing clarity, and freeing human capacity for better judgement and strategic thinking. We use AI and data to enhance efficiency, risk control, and transparency, while keeping ethical use, explainability, and human oversight non-negotiable.
Technology must strengthen trust, not erode it. The results speak for themselves. We have distributed over $200 million in user rewards, representation at prestigious global expos, and a platform reaching traders worldwide. Recognition, whether my inclusion among Arabian Business’ most influential leaders or FundingPips being named Best Prop Firm at Forex Expo 2025, reinforces my belief that when dedication, resilience, and responsible innovation come together, sustainable success has no limits.
I believe innovation should always serve people, not expose them to unnecessary risk. While I’m deeply driven to introduce new trading ideas, technologies, and financial products, every innovation at FundingPips is grounded in stability, risk control, and user protection. We introduce new initiatives only after building strong risk frameworks, clear rules, and robust data oversight.
Automation helps us scale efficiently, but critical decisions are always guided by human judgement, experience, and accountability. Our purpose is to create a wide spectrum of opportunities for all kinds of traders—enthusiasts, beginners, and seasoned professionals alike. “Built by traders, for traders” isn’t a slogan for me; it’s a fundamental belief that ensures traders always come first, supported by a complete ecosystem to learn, grow, and be rewarded for consistency.
Leading a global team has taught me that shared purpose matters far more than uniformity. You don’t scale by forcing everyone to think the same way, but by aligning people around common values and goals. Open communication, trust, and empowerment help bridge cultural and geographic differences. I’ve learnt to give teams the space to learn, experiment, and take ownership of their work. When people feel trusted and connected to the mission, sustainable growth follows naturally.
