What sparked your journey to launch TradeQuo, and what was the defining moment for you?
If there’s one thing 12 years of business has taught me, it’s that success often hides behind failure’s shadow. I’ve built businesses that soared and others that stumbled, each leaving me with invaluable lessons. TradeQuo was born from those experiences and a realisation—traders deserve better. I saw a market full of complexity, hidden fees, and a lack of support , and I knew I could create a solution. The pivotal moment came when I committed to building a platform grounded in trust, innovation, and transparency. With features like instant withdrawals, the GrowUp Social Program, and Limitless Accounts, TradeQuo empowers traders to succeed on their terms. Regulatory changes in Asia are transforming fintech, and I see them as a chance to lead with trust. Stricter rules on data privacy and licensing may limit flexibility, but they enhance consumer confidence. By staying proactive with compliance, maintaining open communication with regulators, and aligning closely with our clients, we’ve turned these challenges into opportunities to strengthen our foundation.
How do you navigate leadership across Asia’s diverse markets and cultures?
Leading in Asia means understanding that one size doesn’t fit all. I rely on local teams who know their markets and cultures best, empowering them to shape strategies that work locally while staying aligned with our global vision. For me, it’s about building trust, adapting to each region’s unique needs, and creating real connections that go beyond business.
Who inspires your professional journey, and how does this reflect in your leadership?
What drives me is the vision of leaders who dared to think big and execute even bigger. Their ability to innovate while staying hands-on inspires me daily. “Great decisions come from bold ideas paired with hard work,” and this fuels how I shape TradeQuo to serve our customers better every single day.
What’s your approach to staying balanced while leading a global fintech company?
Balance, for me, starts with making time for meaningful connections. Even with long hours, I prioritise family, friends, and colleagues to stay grounded. “Sometimes, stepping away entirely— finding peace in nature—is the best way to reset.” These moments of clarity recharge me, helping me stay focused and effective in the fast-paced world of fintech.
In what unique ways has your sales background influenced your leadership in tech?
My background in business development shaped a leadership style that’s both strategic and people-driven. I’ve brought the same focus on relationships and collaboration into our company culture, ensuring that every opportunity we pursue is grounded in mutual trust and shared success.

Which values define your leadership, and how do they shape your team’s culture?
Hard work and commitment are the heart of everything I do, and I expect no less from my team. I lead with the belief that ambitious goals when paired with relentless effort and a united team, pave the way to success. “Our customer is always in the room with us,” reminding us to stay focused on delivering the best. These values shape our culture, where dedication and teamwork drive every decision and action we take.
What’s your secret to balancing tech expertise with big-picture strategy?
Balancing technology and vision as a CEO is about prioritising the right things every day. At TradeQuo, I see technology as a driver of innovation but never lose sight of the bigger picture—adapting to our customer’s needs and building a legacy of transparency. With a team of over 150 experts, I focus on fostering an environment where innovation thrives and feedback from employees, partners, and clients keeps us grounded and aligned with our mission. My role is not to do everything myself but to ensure that everyone is working together toward our shared goals.

Are there any fintech trends that excite you, and how will they impact TradeQuo?
What excites me most is how technology is reshaping trading to be more accessible and personalised. At TradeQuo, we’re always exploring innovations that enhance our services, simplify the trading experience, and bring real value to our clients. Staying ahead of trends while focusing on what traders truly need is at the core of our strategy.
How do you personally define success, and what milestones matter most to you?
Success, for me, is less about the finish line and more about the journey. It’s about having a builder’s mindset—the constant drive to create, improve, and overcome. I measure success by the value we bring to customers, the strength of the team, and our ability to adapt to change. On a personal level, it’s also about fulfilment and the positive impact I can make on those around me.
Do your hobbies or passions outside work influence your leadership perspective?
Leadership lessons can come from unexpected places. Cooking fuels my creativity and attention to detail, motorsports sharpen my decision-making, and boating reminds me “that staying calm under pressure is key to navigating any challenge.” These passions bring fresh insights into how I lead every day.
