Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi’s journey in real estate leadership is one of vision anchored in clarity and expansion rooted in responsibility. As Group CEO of Frasers Property Limited, he has redefined what it means to build—shifting the conversation from assets to ecosystems, from growth to sustainability, and from scale to purpose.
At the helm since 2016, Panote has transformed Frasers Property into a forward-looking multinational player, active in over 70 cities across Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. His leadership is marked not just by bold expansion but by the integration of long-term thinking, stakeholder value, and environmental stewardship into every decision.
From Global Education to Global Ambition
Panote’s leadership style reflects the breadth of his academic and professional exposure. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University and a Master of Science in Analysis, Design, and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics. He also completed a certificate course in industrial engineering and economics from Massachusetts University.
This interdisciplinary foundation sharpened his ability to think systematically, connecting technical feasibility with strategic foresight. It also instilled the clarity that now defines his leadership mantra: clarity of purpose leads to clarity of outcomes.
Building Strategic Depth at TCC Group
Before joining Frasers Property, Panote played a central role in shaping TCC Group’s real estate vision. As a senior executive at TCC Holding Company Limited, he oversaw Thailand’s real estate development strategy and managed global investments. These roles gave him a firsthand view of market dynamics across regions and sectors, preparing him to operate in complex, cross-border environments.
His appointment to Frasers Property’s Board in 2013 marked the beginning of a new chapter. Three years later, he was named Group CEO—a move that paired continuity with transformation.
Leading a Reimagined Frasers Property
Under Panote’s leadership, Frasers Property evolved from a Singapore-centric company into a globally integrated platform. A major turning point was the rebranding of Frasers Centrepoint Limited to Frasers Property Limited, signalling the company’s broader vision.
From 2016 to 2023, the group’s total assets rose from SGD 24.2 billion to SGD 39.8 billion. But more significantly, its business model matured into one that combines residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and hospitality segments—each connected by a common ethos of long-term value creation.
Panote also directly oversees the Group’s hospitality business, which includes hotels and serviced residences across Asia Pacific and Europe. His leadership ensures that the customer experience remains central to Frasers Property’s brand promise: “Inspiring experiences, creating places for good.”
One Bangkok: More Than a Landmark
Perhaps the most powerful expression of Panote’s vision is One Bangkok—Thailand’s largest integrated district and a project that blends ambition with accountability. Developed by a joint venture between TCC Assets Co. Ltd. and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the project is set to redefine the city’s skyline and its urban experience.
Spanning 16.7 hectares in central Bangkok, One Bangkok will feature Grade A office towers, luxury hotels, upscale residences, lifestyle retail, public art, and Thailand’s tallest tower. The phased opening begins in October 2024, with a total development value of USD 3.5 to 4 billion.
But One Bangkok is more than a mega project. It embodies Panote’s belief in creating resilient, inclusive, and culturally vibrant urban spaces that reflect the future of living and working.
Purpose as a Strategic Driver
Panote has infused purpose into every level of Frasers Property’s operations. The Group’s ESG vision is not an afterthought—it is an operating framework. From sustainable design and energy efficiency to social inclusion and governance, Panote ensures that long-term thinking governs short-term actions.
This sustainability-first mindset aligns with his broader goal: to shape real estate that enables better lives, healthier communities, and more liveable cities.
Impact Through Institutions
Panote’s influence extends beyond the boardroom. He serves on the boards of major companies including Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, Univentures Public Company Limited, and Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited.
He is also a board member of the National Gallery Singapore and sits on the Board of Trustees of the Singapore Management University—reinforcing his belief in the power of education and the arts to shape progressive societies.
What sets Panote apart is the discipline with which he delivers it. He balances innovation with responsibility, expansion with integrity, and ambition with empathy. Through Frasers Property, he is not merely building for today but designing for what cities and societies can become tomorrow. His journey is proof that when leadership is rooted in clarity of purpose, it can drive not just growth—but transformation.
